We understand that the solution to the African problem cannot be found in charity and donations. We must build companies that can solve Africa’s problems at a profit. NEAT Microcredit has been in business since 2017, and we have been profitable since then. This has been achieved by watching our cost closely and keeping our overhead very low without jeopardizing quality customer experience and staff welfare. Based on the experience of our investors over the years, we have given nothing less than 30% per annum on the funds invested with us. That makes it certain that our investors will make back their investment through profit sharing within 3 years. Our members/investors can receive returns on their investment on a monthly, quarterly, biannually or annual basis.
We are moving AFRICA forward It is born out of a series of personal childhood experiences of myself which I hold dear and have planned all my life to remedy. All the steps I have taken from age 9 till today have been in preparation, planning and execution of this life purpose, which is to ensure that as many as possible do not go through what my mother went through. To ensure that hardworking people with integrity have access to funds and knowledge needed to take their businesses to the next level. The story of how my mother always had to sell her chickens for N40, when she could have gotten as much as N140 for the same chickens if she had access to credit at that time stays in my memories. Lack of affordable credit is still plaguing the poor market women of today. Due to lack of capital to buy in bulk, there is an increase in their overheads to the point where they barely make any profit. Worse still, this lack of affordable credit puts them at the mercy of loan sharks, who exploit their desperation to no end. Our goal is to ensure that every hardworking person in Africa has access to funds and knowledge that can help them scale up their business. We understand that to get the African economy right, we have to focus on our informal sector. We want to be able to look at the next generation in the face and say we did all we could to make Africa better. Furthermore, we understand that the solution to the African problem cannot be found in charity and donations. Besides, we must build companies that can solve Africa’s problems at a profit. NEAT Microcredit has been in business since 2017, and we have been profitable since then. This has been achieved by watching our cost closely and keeping our overhead very low without jeopardizing quality customer experience and staff welfare. Based on the experience of our investors over the years, we have given nothing less than 24% per annum on their funds with us. That makes it certain that our funders double their funds through profit sharing within 3 years. Our members/investors can receive returns on their investment on a monthly, quarterly, biannually or annual basis. Fortunately, we are different because of our intention. While most microfinances were formed to make money, we were formed to improve the economy of Africa. However, we understand that we need to be profitable to do that sustainably. So instead of focusing on how to increase our rates to make more money, we focus on how to reduce our overheads and do more business to stay profitable. To do this, we combine the non-interest banking of Islam with the Medici small independent banking principle of ancient Rome. With the two combined principles, we ensure that our funds truly improve the lives of our clients without putting the burden on them, and we also keep our costs down by keeping it small and simple. Another very important uniqueness is our training, we give our clients the basic knowledge required to keep and improve their businesses. Another thing we do is evaluation and peer review. We evaluate the economy of our clients periodically to see if there is any improvement, we also compare them with their peers to foster healthy competition. We look forward to collaborating with you as we go on this exciting journey of wealth creation and positioning of our continent as one of economic growth and development. Join us so that we can be able to say sincerely to the next generation that we did the best we could to help create wealth in Africa and reduce extreme poverty. The good news is, our best is good enough. Thank You! N.E.A.T Microcredit is poised to become the leading financial and investment institution in Africa. Our goal is to support the industrialization of our continent. We are starting at a microcredit level because we understand that we must pull more of our population out of extreme poverty and create strong middle-class families, as that will be required to support our industrialization plan. Therefore, 50% of all our profit are reinvested into the business to ensure accelerated growth and make funds available for more investment. Board Member C.E.O COO About
